An aging societyis a country which has more than 7 percent of people aged 65 or over in its entire population. Here are some of the problems of an aging society.
First it is a decreasein the labor force. The decrease of the workforceof young people reducesthe industry productivity.
Second welfarefacilities for the elderlysuch as the park are not enough. Compared to other, the assisted-living-facilitiesfor the elderly are insufficient.
In order to solvethese problems, there are 3 solutionof a aging society.
First, we should solve the low birthrate. Because we have an unbalancedpopulation.
Second, we should try to find many jobs for the old. Because we need to help them support by themselves.
Third, we should forma social consensus. Because we need to understand each other.
With these efforts, we can solve these problems.
고령화 사회는 65세 이상이 전체 인구에서 7%를 넘는 나라를 말합니다. 고령화 사회는 몇 가지 문제점이 있습니다. 첫째, 노동력의 감소입니다. 젊은 사람의 노동력 감소는 산업의 생산력을 감소시킵니다.
둘째, 공원 같은 노인들을 위한 복지시설이 충분하지 않습니다. 선진국과 비교해보면, 노인요양(보호)시설들은 효과적이지 않습니다.
이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 고령화 사회에 대한 3가지 대책이 있습니다. 첫째 저출산율을 해결해야 합니다. 불균형한 인구유형을 가지고 있기 때문입니다. 둘째 노일을 위한 많은 일자리를 찾아야 합니다. 노인 스스로 자립할 수 있도록 도와야 하기 때문입니다.
셋째, 사회적 공감대를 형성해 합니다. 서로를 이해할 필요가 있기 때문입니다. 이러한 노력으로, 우리는 고령화 사회의 문제점을 해결할 수 있습니다.
