■ 공익과 사익이 충돌한 경우의 해결 방식

<모범답안>

Basically, I believe that private interest was not allowed to predominate over the public interest. Many people meet various circumstances in their lives. When they suffer many kinds of hardship, they express different types between public interest and private interest. Some people put up with the hardship without private interest, the others complains that to the court. Court make a decision to the people. Sometimes that decision gives a society a big change.

When public interest and private interest conflict each other, we should pursue compromise and balance considering other's position. The thing needed here is consideration and sufficient communications with each other. Because people can't live alone, they cannot pursue their own interest even if confliction with private interest exists. A heart to sacrifice for the public interest is needed even though if it means that I will sustain a little loss. And the country needs to arrange a supplementary measure to minimize the loss of individuals. In terms of total public benefit, I would believe that this is for the greater good.

기본적으로 나는 사익이 공익보다 우위를 점할 수 없다고 믿습니다. 많은 사람들은 그들의 삶에서 다양한 상황을 맞이합니다. 그들이 많은 고난을 겪을 때 공익과 사익 사이에서 다양한 점들을 표현하게 됩니다. 몇몇은 사익 없이 힘든 점을 참고 견디며, 다른 이들은 그와 같은 사안을 법원에 호소하기도 합니다. 법원은 사람들을 향해서 결정을 내립니다. 때때로 법원의 그 결정은 한 사회에 큰 변화를 가져오기도 합니다.

우리 사회에서 서로 간에 공익과 사익이 충돌할 경우에 다른 사람의 입장을 고려해서 합의 점을 찾아야한다. 이때 필요한 것이 배려심과 서로 충분한 대화이다. 사람은 혼자 살수 없기 때문에 공익과 사익사이에서 갈등하더라도 자신의 이익만 추구할 수는 없다. 내가 조금 손해를 보더라도 공익을 위해 희생하는 마음이 필요하고 국가도 개인의 손해를 최소화 시켜주기 위해 대체방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 전체적인 공익 관점에서 저는 그것이 더 큰 이익을 위한 것이라고 믿습니다.
