업무내용
• Work with internal clients to assess legal issues and risks related to the company’s business, products and any activities which impact the organisation. Assist and advise management in general corporate matters (including mergers and acquisitions matters), and provide legal assistance on, among others, tax and HR matters.
• Monitor and assist in the implementation of appropriate corporate governance and compliance procedures.
• Provide advice and counsel to management, game teams and other in-house clients on proposed and existing laws and regulations. Conduct research of relevant laws and regulations in Korea and the US.
• Prepare, review, advise and assist in negotiations on a wide variety of contractual arrangements and documentation.
• Manage litigation in coordination with senior management and group affiliates. Coordinate with outside attorneys to define and implement litigation strategies.
• Manage and coordinate outside counsels’ activities, as well as the selection, review and hiring of outside counsel for various matters. Review billing for appropriate charges.
• Work with all levels of internal clients within HQ as well as those within group affiliates (in particular, US subsidiaries), including business groups and executives, as well as internal and external legal counsel, in connection the various duties above.

학력 : 석사 이상
경력기간 : 0년 ~ 7년
필수조건
• Licensed attorney from an accredited law school with 0 to 7 years of experience
• Licensed to practice as an attorney in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand or Korea
• Some in-house counsel/law firm experience preferred. Some knowledge of and experience in foreign exchange laws and other Korean laws relevant to cross-border relationships preferred.
• Pro-active, prompt, and ethical, with the ability to support corporate goals in a multinational corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.
