◆ Key qualifications

- Bilingual (English and Korean)

- Qualified to practice in Korea or U.S.

- Minimum years of experience: at least 8 years

- Past in house experience not necessary

- Work involved will not be limited to legal.  Must have commercial mind as will be supporting both legal and commercial.

- Prior experience in M&A, investment and joint ventures necessary.

- Prior experience in battery, automobile and/or renewable energy industry a plus

- Must be willing to travel.

- Fast paced.  Must have ability to manage multiple projects and be open to working in variety of different types of projects.
