When public interestand private interestconflict each other, we should pursuecompromiseand balance considering other’s position.
The thing needed here is considerationand sufficientcommunications with each other.
And the country needs to arrangea supplementary measureto minimize the loss of individuals.
In most case, I believe that private interest is not allowed to predominate overthe public interest.
공익과 사익이 충돌할 때, 우리는 각자의 입장을 고려한 균형과 타협점을 추구해야 합니다.
여기에서 필요한 것은 서로에 대한 대화와 배려심입니다.
그리고 국가는 개인의 손해를 최소화할 수 있는 대체 방안을 마련해야 합니다.
대다수 경우에, 사익이 공익에 우선해서는 안 된다고 생각합니다.
