■ Reason why I would like to be an public officer among many kinds of jobs.
여러 가지 다양한 직업 중 공직을 선택한 이유
There are three reasons why I would like to be an public officer among many kinds of jobs.
First, the Public Service gives employers to an equal opportunity. It welcomes everyone, regardless of educational background, gender, age and background.
Second, the public sectors have a well-established performance management system and career development framework boost my potential.
Third, it provides lots of benefits to each civil servants. For example annual vacation leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave as well as medical leave.
If you give me a chance to be a public officer, I'll try to do my best for a better society.
여러 가지 다양한 직업 중에서 공직을 선택한 이유는 세 가지입니다.
첫째 공직은 공무원에게 공정한 기회를 줍니다. 인종, 성별, 배경과 상관없이 모든 사람을 환영합니다.
둘째 공직은 우리의 잠재력을 극대화 시킬 수 있도록 경력 개발 프레임과 잘 설립된 업무수행 관리 시스템을 제공합니다.
셋째 공무원에게 많은 혜택이 주어집니다. 예를 들어 연차, 결혼 휴가, 출산 휴가 및 육아 휴직 그리고 각종 의료 서비스 등을 제공합니다.
공무원이 될 수 있는 기회가 주어진다면, 좀 더 좋은 사회를 위해 도움이 되도록 노력할 것입니다.
